Returns:
All sales are final. Returns are issued on a case by case basis. Please email mykijax@mykijax.com to escalate any issues regarding this.
International Customers:
- Please allow extra time for your orders to pass through customs. We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply or any consequent delays they may cause. If your package has arrived in the destination country and you have not received it, please contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.

- Emails are responded to Monday-Friday between 9AM-9PM CST.
- Shipping information will be sent to you via Email including the tracking number but please contact mykijax@mykijax.com with additional questions relating to shipping time.
Shipping Processing Time
- All orders are shipped from Chicago, IL.
- Order processing time is around 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Delivery times are provided as a guideline and do not account for possible delays caused by payment authorization or shipping delays beyond our control and we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
